I will have a booth at the Shaker Heritage Society’s craft fair on June 8th and 9th in Albany, NY. It’s been busy in my sewing room as I build up my inventory. This will be my first craft fair, and I’m excited to see what the interest will be in our pieces. I’m also looking forward to seeing all of the other crafts! If their Holiday Market is any indication of the quality that will be on offer, it will be a fantastic fair.

The Shaker Center is located near the Albany Airport and the Craft Fair hours are 10-4 each day. Albany was the first Shaker settlement in the US. There are several preserved buildings, a small farm on the site, and more preservation efforts are ongoing. They offer many educational programs with workshops, seminars and lectures. It’s a gem in the capital region.
