Craft Fair Season Has Begun!

We are having a great weekend at the Shaker Heritage Society’s summer crafts fair. Saturday got off to a chilly and damp start, but the rain moved off and the temps warmed up a bit. We would have loved some sunshine, but were thankful for the lack of wind and rain. The crowd was light, but those who came were serious about their shopping. I was very pleased to have a few repeat customers from last year! I enjoyed chatting with folks, and also wandering around to see what else was on offer.

I added a few new items to my shop and they have proven to be popular. Completely new are pincushions made from my old quilts and vintage jello molds. I also added more sizes to my zip pouches (now 4 sizes from phone to laptop) my quilted notebook covers, adding a mini notebook and composition book size.

Sunday promises warmer temperatures, but the sun will most likely remain behind the clouds.

Wishing all the dads out there a very Happy Father’s Day!
